1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NSDB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register for our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Parents or guardians of minors must review and agree to these terms on behalf of the minor.

3. Registration and Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Exam Conduct

All exam participants must adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity. Any form of cheating, including but not limited to using unauthorized materials, copying from others, or using unfair means, will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to permanent ban from the platform. AI proctoring systems are in place to ensure fair examination.

5. Payment and Refunds

Registration fees for scholarship exams are non-refundable except in cases where the exam is cancelled by NSDB. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 30 days. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. NSDB is not responsible for any payment failures due to technical issues on the payment gateway's end.

6. Results and Certificates

Results are final and binding. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of result declaration. Certificates issued by NSDB are verifiable and carry QR codes for authentication. Duplicate certificates may be requested with applicable fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the NSDB platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NSDB or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

NSDB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
